We will gladly accept returns for a full refund (less initial shipping cost) within 10 days of receipt of your purchase, with the following exceptions:
- Clearance (sale items reduced from the original price) are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- International Orders (except Canada) are not eligible for return. Returns from Canada will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Other exceptions to this policy may apply at MeadowCreek’s sole discretion.
Returns must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Any item returned in other-than-new condition is not eligible for a refund.
Please do not return merchandise that was not purchased from MeadowCreek (instore or online).
We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion.

- For U.S.A. customers: We will provide you with a return shipping label; please carefully pack your return in an appropriate packaging. A return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund when it is processed. This fee can be waived if you are returning for an exchange. Or you may ship your return via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to 70 N. Center Rd., Saginaw, MI 48638 at your own expense.
- For Canadian customers: You may ship your return via UPS or FedEx to 70 N. Center Rd., Saginaw, MI 48638 at your own expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
When your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, typically within 2 business days.
If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:
- First, double check your bank or credit card account (per bank and credit card policies, refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process from the time we receive your return).
- Next, contact your credit card company or banking institution to ensure your refund is not pending.
